I remeber you can stick a package in a special verison. It should be set in sources.list. But I forget how to do, you can check the documents of APT.

你可以設定 hold a package in its currect version to prevent upgrades，
我都是用 aptitude 進去找到該 package 並在其上按下 "=" 就完成了。
