對不起，已經解決了，原因是因為 MTU 的標準值為 1500 bytes，但 pppoe 會在
TCP/IP 的 header 外加一 8 bytes 的 PPPP-HEADER，這使得一個 PACKET 的大小本來
小於 1500 bytes 可能會變得大於 1500 bytes。而 一些 Cisco Router 發現這異常情
形就會不傳了。
在 Debian 的 peers/dsl-provider 中有一行
pty "pppoe -I eth0 -T 80 -m 1452" 將 MTU 改成 1452 ，則加 8 後仍遠小於
1500。但我的 dsl-provider 是自己寫的，沒有注意到這件事情。
