Where to place rc.local？

Debian的使用者們，您好！
	我寫了一個rc.local腳本，用來在系統初啟時進行一些初始化操作。
    /etc/下有rc.boot,rc0.d - rc6.d幾個目錄。我放到rc.boot目錄中
好像沒有效果，不知道應該放到那裡？
