Yes,I did. I have add something into my /etc/bash.bashrc like that:

read /usr/share/doc/gnome-session/README.Debian
export LC_ALL=zh_CN.GB2312
export LC_CTYPE=zh_CN.GB2312
export LANG=zh_CN.GB2312
export XMODIFIERS=@im=chinput
stty cs8 -istrip
stty pass8
"
I found a warning when I start chinput:
"/root/.pyinput/usrphrase.tab is not a valid pinyin phrase file."
Any idear?
