pygtk is portable but perl... :)
The problem with Qt is that it is either QPL or GPL. Basically,
you cannot write commercial program without pay for it.
gtk+/gnome are LGPL.
Anyway, Qt is better for cross platform perl, techniquelly.
Com'on, just pick up python!! :)
