自從 glibc_2.2 出來，已經融入了很久了。在 Debian testing/unstable
中已經再沒有 locale-zh 這個軟件包。locales 一個就可以代勞了。
Debian 2.2 系列的穩定版版本，因為仍是 glibc-2.1.3，所以仍保留了 locale-zh。
