需要的字.
目前既然先結合所有人的力量,以 big5 我們之間的交換碼,
big5 比較大,轉換時失真較少.翻譯的差不多的時候再根據
各地語言習慣再微調.具體最後是放兩套翻譯還是使用類似
debian webpage 的 tag 方式,可能還要再研究. :) .po
文件可能必需兩套. 當然最後都要以 utf8 做編碼.
