是否可以開始翻譯 frozen 發布的 install 文件？ 我看到有

統籌翻譯的人是不是可以立刻開始吧報名翻譯的人的熱情利用
起來？很多人報名，沒有人具體統籌，好像效率不高。

有 ARM, Sparc, PowerPC, Intel86, Alpha, Motorola 的安裝
文件，起碼把 intel x86 的先翻譯出來吧，最好能和 2.2 的
發布作到同步。

要翻譯的不少，最好早點動手。
