How to set XEMACS 21 AND LYX-CJK

Hi ALL

I just installed above packages, however, problems come~

The Xemacs21 display area extended out of the desktop i.e. I cant see the
bottom part of the emacs window~ and ALT key lost its function as META
key~

When i launch LYX-CJK , the program doesnt work but just saying
"require HANGUL FONT ....".Is it impossible to work under big5
environment ??

I am a new debian user ,now using DEBIAN 2.2 w/ CPANEL ~ under big5
