It looks like that netscape's chinese support is still not good
on form. check out:

My LC_CTYPE is set to zh_CN.GB2312. It won't change to 'traditional
Chinese' in that page.
BTW: Anyone tried mutt under LC_CTYPE=zh_CN.GB2312 ? The latest
locale(16588 Byte) seems still broken. I have to copy GBK's locale in to
/usr/share/locale/zh_CN.GB2312 in order to see Chinese in mutt.
Have no idea why it's broken, though.
