* Non-maintainer release to fix a bug that makes PSGML unusable with the
DTDs provided by packages conforming to the SGML subpolicy. This will
not affect anyone except for users of PSGML, which currently cannot
use it properly anyway.
* Updated psgml module to that of version 2001.02.04, so that symlinks
to catalog files are not followed, so that it looks for DTDs in
/usr/lib/sgml/ instead of in /etc/ (Closes: #82421).
