master ftp archive messed up

It looks like your new images (and several other files) are
installed into the tree with dates that are a year behind. It also looks
like the mirrors are propagating this. Maybe the clock on master is set
wrong.
The revision number never got bumped to 1.3.2 in mid-July when the
floppy images got changed, so I labeled my CDs 1.3.1a to indicate they
were different from the 1.3.0 and 1.3.1 that others are selling.
The current state of the archive is bad anyway, but I hope that
when it is repaired the number will be incremented. In the meantime people
who think they are installing/mirroring 1.3.1 could have some unpleasant
surprises.
