New Debian m68k Packages

These m68k packages were installed into the Debian hierarchy in the
last week:

----- MEDIUM Urgency Packages -----------

emacspeak 5.0-2 -> 6.0-1 into hamm/hamm/binary-all/editors
emacspeak (6.0-1) unstable; urgency=medium
  * New upstream version with these improvements:
    1) Support for WWW ACSS (Aural Cascading Style Sheets)
    2) Audio formatted output for rich text
    3) Enhanced support for browsing tables
    4) Support for speaking commonly used ISO Latin characters
    5) Speech support for the Emacs widget libraries
    6) Support for SGML mode
    7) an automatically generated users manual
    (The last feature was adopted from the Debian package for
    Emacspeak 5.0)
  * In Makefile: added ";\" to a command line in the install target,
    so the preceding "if" clause is completed by the following "fi".
    In the call to info/make install, fixed the initialization of
    variable infodir.
  * In info/Makefile: fixed initialization of variable infodir, so it
    doesn't include a space. Also added a command to actually install
    the info pages.
  * Translating the .texinfo documentation into HTML.
  * In emacspeak-eterm.el, fix spelling of "contents" in
    emacspeak-eterm-toggle-review docs, and added period in
    emacspeak-eterm-maybe-send-raw docs.
  * Improved the description of eterm screen review mode.

lynx 2.7-2 -> 2.7.1-2 into hamm/hamm/binary-m68k/web
lynx (2.7.1-2) unstable; urgency=medium
  * Oops! Last version that was uploaded to stable depended on slang library
    available only from frozen/unstable! Recompiled with slang packages
    from stable.  (Fixes 9958, 9968)

suidmanager 0.5 -> 0.6 into bo/binary-all/admin
suidmanager 0.5 -> 0.6 into hamm/hamm/binary-all/admin
suidmanager (0.6) frozen unstable; urgency=medium
  * Check if /etc/suid.conf is present and abort if not. May fix situations
    leading to something described in #9435, #9582 (still not clear how such
    a thing can happen). This will break packages which are broken because
    they use suidmanager while suidmanager is not yet configured.

----- Low Urgency Packages --------------

alien 5.2 -> 5.3 into hamm/hamm/binary-all/admin
alien (5.3) unstable; urgency=low
  * For non-debian systems: falls back to the hostname if /etc/mailname
    isn't set

alien 5.3 -> 5.4 into hamm/hamm/binary-all/admin
alien (5.4) unstable; urgency=low
  * Fixed a bug that occurred if the full name field in the password file
    was empty, and ypmatch was installed.
  * Fixed another bug, that occurred if NIS is actually being used, where
    alien hung forever.
  * For non-debian systems, fix upgrades.

alien 5.4 -> 5.5 into hamm/hamm/binary-all/admin
alien (5.5) unstable; urgency=low
  * Added some more documentation and warnings about file ownerships getting
    screwed up if you run alien as non-root.
  * Added basic support for converting to Slackware tgz format. Mostly
    untested. I confess, I did this just to simplify the documentation of
    what alien can do. It was only 10 lines of code to add this, anyway. :-)
  * Had a hard drive crash and reassembled this package from bits and
    pieces. Hope it's not broken..

    existed in more than one directory, the cache lookup returned the
    wrong location

kernel-package 3.30 -> 3.31 into hamm/hamm/binary-all/misc
kernel-package (3.31) unstable; urgency=low
  * Added a version number to the dependecy on dpkg-dev, we now require at
    least version 1.4.0.9., since dpkg-gencontrol fails with an error:
    failure: chown new files list file: Illegal seek
    This fixes BUG#10121.
  * Added problems with older versions of dpkg-dev to the problems file.

latex2html 96.1.h-5 -> 96.1.h-6 into hamm/hamm/binary-all/tex
latex2html (96.1.h-6) unstable; urgency=low

    sice there have been cases where setting the version 3.1 and using
    math mode lost in a big way; failing to recognize mathrm and other
    environments.
  * Install the LaTeX styles files in the proper location in the TDS
    (namely /usr/lib/texmf/tex/latex/latex2html).
  * Added commads to postinst and postrm to run texhash if appropiate.
