* Changed MAXPOPUPS in afterstep/menus.h to increase the maximum allowed
number of popup menus from 50 to 200. This should hopefully be enough
to support the Debian menu system for some time, but unfortunately
costs us 6000 bytes in added array size. (Fixes Bug #9027)
