Description: Additional Tools building on dpkg's functionality
 This package includes three scripts:
  - deb2asc: Convert a binary package to ascii for easy editing
  - asc2deb: Convert a ascii package to binary so that it can be installed.
 .
 And adpkg. Adpkg provides immediate package configuration, automatic
 retrieval of packages depended on by another and can figure out what
 packages would need to be upgrades by scanning through all installed
 packages. Also provides the
 ability for experimental pre-installation package configuration.
