Uploaded e2fsprogs 1.06-4.1 (source m68k) to master

I don't have access to a Debian 1.{2,3} i386-box on which to produce
an i386 binary, would someone like to produce one?

This patch was urgently need for m68k machines, the big endian fs
format is being phased out, and indeed, the code for it was dropped
from Linux-2.1.21/m68k.  Byte-swapping to little endian without this
patch is completely hosed and trashes partitions, thus I felt it
justified a non-maintainer upload. (I understand the package is
semi-orphaned)
