dpkg 1.2.11: fairly minor bugfix to dselect dependency handling
In previous versions dselect could produce spurious dependency screens
(or sometimes perhaps miss dependencies) if the version of the package
you have installed is for some reason newer than the one available.
Now dselect realises that dpkg won't downgrade the package, and so
tries to keep the installed version's dependencies satisfied, rather
than the available one's.
This should go in buzz-fixes.
