Uploaded rxvt-xpm 2.19.3-1 (source i386) to master

This is a modified version of rxvt (a VT100 terminal emulator for X
Windows) that can optionally display (and scale) pixmaps (xpm files)
as backgrounds.  This new functionality was added by Carsten Haitzler
of the University of New South Wales.  Rxvt.XPM is described (with
pictures to show what it can do) at

Note: This package diverts the old version in the rxvt Debian package
to /usr/X11R6/bin/rxvt-noxpm.
