 diald      - dial on demand daemon for PPP and SLIP.

   * The postinst script points out that the file /etc/diald/diald.options
     must exist for diald to work, instead of simply referring to
     diald-deb(8).
   * Change the location of diald.fifo to /var/lib/diald, in accordance with
     the file standard (I think).
   * If the init script is executed when diald.options doesn't exist, diald is
     not started. Now issue a message instead of simply doing nothing (bug
     #5743).
   * The postinst script tries to configure the port the modem is connected
     to.
