   * Changed references in examples from /usr/local/{lib,bin}/perl to
     /usr/{lib,bin}/perl.  This fixes BUG#4789.
   * Changed maintainers email address to debian.org.
   * Changed to new packaging standards.
   * Changed CGI.pm to the latest upstream version 2.27 (CGI-modules
     themselves remain at version 2.75).
   * Changed name to cgi-modules (since dpkg does not seem to like
     uppercase alphanums in package names)
