Xv 3.10a-8 uploaded to master.
Fixed a nasty bug where /etc/mailcap file extensions would get
mangled.
Upgrading from 3.10a-7 will make install-mime ask plenty of questions
about file extensions which should be answered by `yes'.
Should go into both unstable (bo) and frozen (rex).
