old messages re-appearing on the list
A large number of old messages re-appeared on the debian-changes list.
They seem to have come from grt@axionet.com, and I've written to ask if
that user knows what's going wrong. I've also dropped that user from
the list for the time being, and have hacked the list to reject submissions
with the particular headers that appeared in the duplicates.
