trn 3.6-3: bugfixes

Ian M.: please put this in the stable tree.  It fixes a fairly awkward
installation-time bug, and a minor problem with getcwd that causes a
coredump for some people sometimes.  There are no major changes in
this version.

trn (3.6-3); priority=LOW

  * Postinst creates /etc/news/server correctly.  (Bug#1876.)
  * Fixed coredump caused by use of getwd.
