The first release of netatalk-1.3.3 for Debian is available as
Be warned that this is my first Debian package. As always, install at
your own risk. The package has been tested on several systems (both
0.93 and 1.0 prerelease), and seems to work fine.
* atalkd will try to write a cached configuration file into /etc. The
program will continue to work if the write fails (e.g. if /etc is
* atalkd can only be run once without rebooting the machine in between.
* The PAP client will often hang when sending long jobs.
Fixes for these bugs are expected in the next release of netatalk.
