* Version 1.19 released
* debian.postinst: changed inetd.conf entry for the finger
service (it now uses the user "nobody").
* /etc/init.d/netstd_init: routed now uses -q (prevents routed
from advertising routes)
* traceroute: drop root privileges after creating the socket
* fingerd: added a new command line option (-f) which enables
the finger forwarding service (it is disabled by
default). According to RFC 1288 the fingerd will
print an error message if somebody tries to use the
(disabled) finger forwarding service. (Bug#1674)
* fingerd: it will now use fork/exec instead of system().
* finger: it won't show garbage characters for remote logins.
anymore. They only appeared under certain circumstances
(Bug#1697).
* pop3d: fixed a permission problem
* popclient: minor manual page changes
