I tried to do too many packages too quickly earlier tonight.
This fixes an earlier oversight.

Changes:  In elv-fmt, don't declare conflict with textutils
 re-uploaded -- conflicts line wasn't removed in the -17 package.

 elv-fmt and textutils both provide /usr/bin/fmt and a man page.
 .
 Ian Jackson, dpkg maintainer, suggests that allowing either
 package to silently overwrite the files provided by the other
 on installation or upgrade is prefereable to declaring this
 conflict, at least as of dpkg-0.93.75.  This may change with
 future dpkg releases.
