PGP 2.6.2i-4: US version key generation works, update-alternatives
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Users of pgp-us should upgrade - pgp-us won't be able to do key
generation otherwise; others can upgrade at their leisure, though
users with both pgp-us and pgp-i installed will benefit from the use
of the `update-alternatives' script to choose where /usr/bin/pgp
points. You must have dpkg 0.93.72 or later to install this version.
I think that 2.6.2i-3 wasn't released, so both Changelog entries are
here.
Here's an extract from the extended description:
Pretty Good Privacy is general-purpose public key encryption
system written by Philip Zimmerman. It is often used in email
conversations where confidentiality and integrity are important.
It is VERY IMPORTANT that you read the documentation (installed
in /usr/doc/pgp) before attempting to use PGP. If you do not
do so you will probably lose any security you might gain from
PGP, and not even realise that you have lost it.
pgp (2.6.2i-4); priority=LOW
* Use update-alternatives to decide between US and International.
