It's not possible to install SARGE on an DELL Latitude CPI from CDROM.
IT seams that it doesn't find the CDROM.

It seems likely that this was the libata issue, which got fixed in
#326004, a very long time ago.

Closing this bug report as it's very likely fixed or not relevant
anymore.
