Works for me. Or at least this torrent works:

http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/8.4.0/amd64/bt-dvd/debian-8.4.0-amd64-DVD-1.iso.torrent

Is there a particular torrent that doesn't work, because it looks OK to me?
