Downloading via Jessie RC 2 via BitTorrent doesn't work

	Hello,

thanks for publishing the Debian 8 RC 2 installer. It however seems that
BitTorrent downloads using the provided ".torrent" files don't work.
The main problem is that the BitTorrent tracker under the URL
"http://bttracker.debian.org:6969/announce"; doesn't know the torrent(s),
at least not the one for "debian-jessie-DI-rc2-amd64-DVD-1.iso"
(infohash 8DDE6BF17A88220FBA45913853C79779A09DDD17).
