Hello!

I have noticed that our mirror - debian.ignum.cz is listed on this pagehttps://www.debian.org/CD/http-ftp/#mirrors only with protocol FTP, whichis correct but we support (and prefer) HTTP as well. And we also haveRSYNC.

Could you please update the page and add HTTP (and RSYNC if it makessense)?
