I have no problems reaching it, so I can't really tell what your problem 
with it is.

You could try downloading them from say:

http://ftp.fi.debian.org/debian-cd/

or

http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian-cd/

Perhaps one of those works better if you have problems with the main 
mirror?
