Bug#751814: debian-cd: wrong date in changelog for 3.1.15

Package: debian-cd
Version: 3.1.15
Severity: minor

I was a bit confused to find the date listed for the 3.1.15 entry in
debian/changelog, when I was looking for a rough idea what timeframe an issue
was fixed...

But it appears to not have been uploaded to the archive until 2014-06-03, and
contains commits from the same day.

So, while this may seem like a really minor issue, it can get a bit confusing
when "I know X was broken last week, but the changelog lists it has having
been fixed in an upload *months* ago...", which can then lead to time wasted
searching for bugs in other packages.

I think it would be worth updating the changelog line for 3.1.15 in a future
upload to be closer to when it really was uploaded, apparently 2014-06-03.

Thanks for developing and maintaining debian-cd!
