Hi Stéphane,

I'm investigating now - this *looks* like a snapshot.d.o bug, I'm
thinking. In the meantime, all the files needed for 7.3.0 should still
be on the main Debian mirrors so you shouldn't need to use the
fallback download from snapshot.d.o. Which mirror are you trying to
use?
