Bug#703432: Build error re -nostdinc++

I have no idea why this gets left in, as it even generates an error on
the official Debian CD build system.
cc1: warning: command line option "-nostdinc++" is valid for C++/ObjC++
but not for C
Attached please find a patch file that fixes the error.
