Thanks for the report, we're in the process of upgrading OS and apache, and currently we have frontends on both versions. This is because cdimage.debian.org is backed by a cluster of machines, for info on the setup see: http://ftp.acc.umu.se/about/
We'll upgrade/decomission the old ones soon:ish, and then the non-standard dates should go away.
