Bug#673576: s390 DVD-1 Release file broken

Hello Steve

My apologies too. I met several bugs with our Windows FTP server and z/VM ftp server. Now everything is resolved at work to test in the "real" world.

I used the very last installer from the beta version and here is what i received in the BusyBox log:

Hi

Do you know if a resolution is in progress about this issue ?

Hi Alain,

Apologies, I've been busy and unable to look at this for a

while. Digging down all the way, it seems that nobody ever set things

up properly in debian-cd for the s390 installer udebs to be

installed. Next level up, that means that no Packages.gz is generated

for the installer udebs -> so not mentioned in the Release file. I'm

looking at fixing this now...

I have a fix committed now, which *hopefully* should do the right
thing now. Alain, on Monday when the next full weekly build of testing
happens could you please test the s390 CD to check that the installer
works for you? If so, then I'll be able to apply the same fix to the
Squeeze code.
