We are generating a list with each build where things are
dropped. There are currently 3 cases for the CD sets:

1. On the KDE and xfce/lxde CD sets, we configure
   MAX_PKG_SIZE=300000000 (aka 300 MB) and that catches 1
   package. CD1/README.excluded currently says:

=============
For size reasons, the following packages were excluded from this disc
set:

openarena-data

and that caused the following packages to be also excluded because
of dependencies:

openarena
openarena-server
=============

2. On other binary CD builds, we use MAX_PKG_SIZE=500000000 and we
   don't currently exclude any binary packages.

3. On source CD builds, there are 3 source packages that are currently
   dropped:

   nexuiz-data
   openoffice.org
   texlive-extra

We don't currently keep a log of the packages that are dropped
*elsewhere*, just inside the CD sets themselves. That could easily be
changed if desired, though.

Will need to update these numbers. :-)

I've also been working on getting isohybrid images for i386, amd64 and
i386/amd64 working. I've not yet described that fully, give me a
little time and I'll have a patch for you to do so.
