Etch (Debian 4.0) was the last release to support sparc32. The
archive of
the last Etch CD images can be found here:
http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/archive/4.0_r8/sparc/
There still seem to be ISO images, but if that does not work, you'll
have
to use jidgo.
