Bug#410418: includes dependencies of excluded packages on the cd, making netinst huge

thanks

Triggered by the patch recently sent to the d-cd list by Petter and a few
discussions with Steve, I've just committed a patch that reduces the size
of images again.

Instead of including _all_ alternative dependencies, debian-cd will now
always include only the first (preferred) alternative dependency. This
still means that, e.g. if different packages have alternatives in a
different order, multiple alternatives may get included, but it does get
rid of the most annoying ones and also allows APT to select the best
option at install time in more complicated cases.

I've checked the netinst and first 2 full CDs for i386. The netinst is
down to 140MB (from 175). CD1 gains a number of openoffice packages and
CD2 gains some packages from l10n tasks.

The change did mean that console-{data,common,tools} no longer got
included automatically, so those are now included in generate_di+k_list.

There may possibly be regressions for other architectures.
