note that the GPL 2b) doesn't apply to official debian packages.
official debian packages do have stronger source requirements.

however, since your package is unofficial and not in the archive, you
can go that route (but be aware of the consequences: you need to
*ensure* that you have the sources yourself and can distribute it up to
three years after you have stopped to distribute that very binary).

this is clause 2c) which does not apply. you need to comply to 2b).
