Hi! I was knowing that a purchaser who acquired with me the complete set of 14 CDs of the Debian 3.1, but not received the Debian, it I say that I did not send, however I really sent the CDs for the address indicated for it. Below, the sending voucher:

Unhappyly, it seems that it had a problem with the post offices and until the moment, Cyrano did not receive its order. It does not have nothing that I can do, not to be to contact the post offices to inquire what it occurred of wrong with the sending of the Debian. Many people already had bought the Debian from me and had been satisfied with the service, but it's had in the past cases of delay of the delivery of the order, cases these that had been solved by the post offices. Não há nada que eu possa fazer, a não ser contatar os correios para averiguar o que ocorreu de errado com o envio do Debian. Muitas pessoas já compraram o Debian de mim e ficaram satisfeitas com o serviço, mas já houve no passado casos de atraso da entrega do pedido, casos estes que foram solucionados pelos correios. Espero que este mal entendido seja solucionado o mais rápido possível!

	Cyrano is complaining that he bought 14 CDs of Debian 3.1
(stable) from Allan Taborda (a listed CD vendor) on the week of
February 12th, 2007. Cyrano explains that he had paid in advance
and Allan sent a tracking code that doesn't work. Cyrano also
pointed that he contacted Allan and got a reply telling that
everybody always got the CDs and that Allan would not take
responsability of any mistakes.

	Considering that, Cyrano thinks that Allan didn't sent
anything to him and is waiting the CDs this week. If he didn't
got it he will contact debian-cd once again to confirm the problem
and to request the removal of Allan from our CD vendor list. Cyrano
also commented that he thinks the best would be replace Allan's
name with a note recommending to not buy from him.


	I already pointed to Cyrano that both debian-cd and
debian-www are english maillist and if he need any help he
can contact debian-l10n-portuguese.
