How do you want to enforce this?

Many CD-Vendors (including me create Custom CD's) so the MD5 will
never match and since I update my CD's as new Packages are coming
in, which mean I include "security" directly...

But however, I include a file "CD.md5sum" in the root directory of
my CD's which should be realy clear.
