bttracker.acc.umu.se down?

Noticed a connection error yesterday and today that the [1]tracker for 
Debian torrents is refusing connections.

Also noticed last week the other seeds for RC1 seem to have lost 
interest, as there's only one seed listed for most of the files. A 
little [2]help, please?
