Building/rebuilding netisnt with custom kernel?
OK The docs on
<http://d-i.alioth.debian.org/svn/debian-installer/installer/doc/custom-kernel.txt>
don't work to build a new netinst, build_monolithic doesn't exist.
Additionally attempting to build a new debian-installer initrd doesn't work
either, it doesn't create a modules.dep file for the installer to use, and
there might be other problems (haven't gotten past that bit)
Is there anyone who has a working howto, or knows where the
build_monolithic target went? (200503...something, debian sarge dinstall
package/source)
