I've changed it to: Download <a href="../CD">images of Debian CD/DVDs</a> over the Internet, make a CD set yourself and install from that. I had some doubts whether "images of" is correct, but even using jigdo the end result is an iso that can be burned and the different methods of downloading are clearly explained on the CD page.
