It looks to me that you might have started the download just before the 
jigdos and templates were updated. Your jigdos should be dated 10, 11 or 12 
October depending on the architecture you are getting.

Don't worry, you can download the new jigdos, loop mount the old isos and 
reuse those in the next round.

The other possible cause is a bug in the jigdos themselves that causes good 
files to be rejected. i'm not sure if that was fixed in these latest or not.

The work around is to add the option '--no -check-files' to 'jigdoOpts' n 
your .jigdo-lite, here is what is in mine:
jigdoOpts='--cache jigdo-file-cache.db --no-check-files'

It should be harmless because the files are checked at the end of the process 
in any case. Personally I do an md5sum over them at the end to be sure of it 
all.
