I'm honestly not aware of any other mirror. And currently it has not been
having load problems. That might change at release time, but for now it is
fine.
Btw, I am the admin of cdimage.d.o. And I'm adding a contact data to the
rsync motd now.

Not really, usually early in the morning your time (05-09) would probably
be the time with least load. And you're welcome to get that archive from
this host, use as much bandwidth as you can. :)
