Hi,
Just happened to run into http://www.debian.org/CD/http-ftp/,
where I noticed that "Fresh download" is recommended as a
HTTP download manager for MS-Windows, and it doesn't appear
to be Free Software. A quick google search turned up
http://francis.dupont.free.fr/downloadplus/, which is GPL,
and you might want to recommend that instead.
Disclaimer: I'm not affiliated with the latter program and
haven't tried it out either.
