Fed up with Redhat !

I have produced a home set-top box type system with custom hardware, for
home security and control. Most of the new code is GNU but parts are
closed source.

What I want to do is to sell pre-installed machines with a CD containing
a primitive installer and source for the GNU parts of MY code and a
standard linux distro.

At the moment i'm using Redhat but they are not being helpful with the
legal people regarding distribution.

I've read so many documents that my head is spinning so I have to ask
someone :-)

Can I produce a custom Debian CD with a standard linux and My
application and installer (IE a zero knowledge recovery CD) ?

Do I need to provide any sources other than MY systems Gnu code on the
CD ?

Can I put the Debian name on it ... what should it all look like.

Any help much appreciated :-)
